This extension and conversion of a Leamington town house was recently completed. The design was by Warwick Architect Laurie Day and sypathetically extended the imposing traditional property.

This picture is of the rear of the property before the works commenced. Access was particularly limited and the construction sequence had to take this  account.

Access to the front of the property was similarly limited with the adjacent party wall issues complicating the build further. With close liason between all involved we overcame these issues to the satisfaction of all concerned.

The build included several eco friendly features such as solar panel water heating and timber pellet burning stoves. The panels and the flue for the stoves can be seen on this picture of the completed rear elevation. As can be seen the results a impressive.

This picture shows the extended kitchen with pellet burning stove in the corner. A great living area given ample light by three large rooflights and patio doors. The floor is a natural slate laid by our craftsmen.

This owners of the property were particularly happy with the results and references will be given upon request.
